David was good but the guy that checked me in was terrible. Very condescending with the issue I presented like he didn’t believe me. I’d like to praise Anthony’s courteous professionalism. I took my brand new Highlander to have my rear view mirror replaced and Anthony made the whole process easy and pleasant.
