They perform good service, but plan to wait. Figure on 2 hours for an oil change. If you book service for issues (they do not take appointments for basic service like oil changes), plan to have Figure on 2 hours for an oil change. They do not have enough loaners and you will not get one. I was told that the on line system does not reserve a car, and they only have around 20 loaners. They likely do over 100 services a day, so it’s not likely to get one. They do good work, but it is not convenient. Buy your car from them as I have for 3 vehicles, but find another place for service. More

But he said no problem and worked my service in!! 2 hours later my 35K check was d Toyota. The service fellow read my email and pointed that out . I have always had a great experience but not this time. It was the man that helped me. All I can say is I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. As I was checking out, I told him I had a coupon. He immediately stated, he now had to reprint my invoice and I needed to step aside until he could take care of it. He then walked away and I was told to always tell them first that I have a coupon. I felt as though I was a huge inconvenience to him. I own a retail business and presenting a coupon should not be an inconvenience. I think his attitude started when I did not want to do the 90,000 mike -$500 complete checkup. I have never felt so scolded as I did that day. Now deciding if I need to go somewhere else after 10+ years at your shop. Plus my service light is still on after my oil change. I don’t want to go back. More
