was told over the phone earlier in the week that i couldn't get my Corrolla Cross Airbag recall, fixed on a Saturday appointment only between Mon-Friday due to staffing issues, and when i came in for couldn't get my Corrolla Cross Airbag recall, fixed on a Saturday appointment only between Mon-Friday due to staffing issues, and when i came in for my regular maintenance check on Saturday at 8am that they could fix it but it would take all day ,i stated that it wasnt what i was told earlier in the week, and then after some back and forth conversation, i told the rep if i had known this i could of made arrangements, this is the second time the airbag issue has not been resolved, i brought it last time you had the vehicle all day , and didnt fix the issue again!!! More

Katie, the service advisor told me there was a recall. She said she did not have the manpower to do the recall. I said OK we can do that at another time. After the oil change, I signed my paperwork and I left. When I got home, I looked at my paperwork, and Katie stated that she explained the recall, and I declined to have it done. It also states that she explained the importance of the recall. That is also not true. I do plan to speak with the Service manager Monday morning about this.I’m almost attempted to post this so all your customers can see. This is so sad. I have purchased two cars from Cobb County Toyota since I moved to the area. And then I get this. Very very disappointed. More
