Went back where I got my tires and was told it was not. Had to go back to the dealer and they needed to replace the tie rod. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment for a check engine light and I thought it would be assessed the day of my appointment but the shop didn’t have time to get to it, so now it’s the weekend and the part w light and I thought it would be assessed the day of my appointment but the shop didn’t have time to get to it, so now it’s the weekend and the part won’t be delivered until Monday. I had plans to dive 2.5 hours north for a few days of vacation, but I’m not certain my car will be ready for my trip. Disappointing. I had to call late in the day to ask for an update the day of my appointment, only to find out it wasn’t even looked at. Frustrating because I don’t have a second car and I have to work. Renata is great though, she’s very personable and understanding. I enjoy interacting with her, she gets what you’re going through and does her best to help. More
