Had to get my mother's SRX that I inherited back on the road. Pete and his staff were incredibly helpful and communicated all repairs and costs clearly and logically. They even cleaned it up for me (it had been sitting idle for over a year). They were even able to drop me off and pick me up, making the whole process very simple. And the Gentleman (I asked his name but forgot it, I am afraid) who picked me up and dropped me off couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Now I know why my mom always went back to Colonial for service. More
