When buying a new car or selecting a dealership, its not a question of whether or not something will go wrong, its much more an understanding of how the dealership personnel handle things if they don't go right. These people are so well trained and motivated to make every experience a positive one. They know what they are doing and are seriously interested in providing top notch customer service. I have had multiple experiences with this team and they never disappoint. Over the years I have had them all...Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes, Lincoln, Acura, Audi, Jaguar and others. Cars are cars but dealerships and people are very different from place to place. For the best possible vehicle service experience, work with Christian and John Seremetis.
