My wife brought her car in for an oil change, recall and coolant issue and they up sell her a 4 wheel alignment that did NOT need to be done. The car needed to stay overnight for a radiator replacement and coolant issue and they up sell her a 4 wheel alignment that did NOT need to be done. The car needed to stay overnight for a radiator replacement and they try to give her a Toyota Camry for a rental. So much for a Cadillac Courtesy Vehicle. I bought a NEW Cadillac. Why not try to up sell her there by letting her take home a new Escalade? More
