I called your service manager to try and talk to him and he started saying really loud like he wanted other people to hear him things like"I know we suck, our mechanic is stupid you got your truck at a good dealership" I never said anything like that infact I waited days to even talk to him so that I would be professional and I needed some time to collect my thoughts. I was shocked at what he was saying and couldn't understand why he would say thinks that I never said. I was thinking about this and can only figure that he was putting on a show for other people within earshot. I was also told that I would be getting a return call to try to resolve this issue but I have heard nothing... I would like to remind you that I own a auto and truck repair shop that employs 13 full time and one part time employee . With this size of repair business I referred many of my customers over to you, your sales force and ultimately your service dept when they need to replace their vehicles. I have no real idea how many have bought but I have sent dozens, but I don't feel like I would like my customers treated like I was so I won't be referring to your place anymore
