I called to have two check engine codes and the lower valve body diagnosed. The next morning I received a text saying I needed a new transmission and it would cost 7500. When I called to discuss it with valve body diagnosed. The next morning I received a text saying I needed a new transmission and it would cost 7500. When I called to discuss it with Tom he seemed annoyed by my questioning about cost. Then when I asked about the lower valve body he didn't have a answer and would have to ask the tech. So by the way he was answering they never diagnosed the valve body but still charge full price for half the work. If anyone needs transmission work done go somewhere else that has a transmission specialist. More
