Recently it developed a slight smell of antifreeze when we parked, so we We bought a new 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Colonial in Sept 2014. Recently it developed a slight smell of antifreeze when we parked, so we took it down to colonial for an inspection. The service dept diagnosed a small leak in the radiator. They said the parts would be delivered the next day. The next day, they called by noon to tell me the repair was complete! I appreciated the extremely quick turn-around, the fact that they called and kept me in the loop with the status, and the quality of the work. I checked it out when I picked it back up, and the quality of work was on-par with the factory. The entire procedure was quick, painless, and fully covered by the warranty. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend the service department! More

The employees did 110% of their best to get us on the road On our way to PA from NH a fuel injector failed. We by chance puled off at this exit. Parts were ordered and installed the next morning. The staff was most helpful in finding a hotel, ice for the cooler and very friendly and pleasant to work with. We would definitely use this dealership if we lived in the area. They are highly recommended by our family. More
