He made the very stressful and overwhelming process of getting a car feel fun and enjoyable! Eddie knew that I was nervous about making a decision on my own, so he asked if it would be helpful if he spoke to my dad over the phone in Michigan (LOL... yes, I'm in my 30's and still need my dad's reassurance!). Eddie took the time to talk to my dad about my various options. He listened carefully to my dad's questions and concerns and was able to answer everything knowledgeably and articulately. After that conversation, my dad was confident that I was in good hands. I'm confident as well. Eddie worked closely with Dave and Ray to ensure that I left Colonial today with the best deal possible. I'm super excited to say that I signed all the paperwork this evening! Now all I have to do is pick up my new Jeep Patriot tomorrow (it can't come soon enough!). Best experience I've ever had with buying a car...everyone was friendly and I was never pressured to buy..when these guys say they'll get you the lowe Best experience I've ever had with buying a car...everyone was friendly and I was never pressured to buy..when these guys say they'll get you the lowest price possible they mean it..Dave and eddy worked with me purchasing my new jeep..I wanted black exterior and interior fully loaded but they did not have it on their lot so they went out of their way to find me the exact vehicle I wanted...they also know the ins and outs of every car which is great. I walked in on a Sunday looking for a certain jeep and I left with it that Saturday ..even after the purchase the guys happily helped me setup the features In my jeep and showed me how everything works...I can't urge you enough to come her you would be foolish not to... 6 stars in my book...thanks again guys. Finally got my wife her Jeep I dreaded the process of getting my wife a new car. Not my favorite thing to do. She really wanted a Jeep. I had been told to try Colonial. And I am now telling anyone who reads this to definitley go there. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. Eddie was in high demand but he spent the time to answer all of our questions. He put togther a great deal and then he and Ray made it even better. The night we were to pick the Jeep up got all messed up (understatement) but Eddie stayed past closing to wait for us. A couple of weeks later when I stopped in to take care of a paperwork issue with Ray, Eddie was with a customer. I was telling Ray about my concern of taking out the soft top and David overheard. He then offered to go through the training with me and my wife when we were available. They are a friendly and great team. More
