Having been referred to this location by friends who recently purchased from Colonial, my expectations were high. I was informed that the sales team at Colonial was straightforward with pricing, well-informed on the vehicles they sell, and professional throughout the process. I worked with Eddie Bhatty and Michael Ballos, and these gentlemen exceeded my expectations. Eddie was knowledgeable and thorough in detailing the features of the Ram 1500. The dealership didn't have the exact truck I was interested in on the lot initially, but Eddie was able to locate what I wanted nearby, and had it on site the very next day. When it came to discussing the price of the vehicle, I worked with Eddie and Mike, and it was evident at the outset that they were being fair. Having done my research on the pricing for this truck, and also been to a couple of dealerships before I had gone to Colonial, I was confident that I would not beat the offer Eddie and Mike provided me with. We were able to reach a deal without the need for any serious back-and-forth negotiating. I picked up the truck a few days later, and it looked great upon delivery. I had chosen to add a few factory accessories as well as a spray-in bedliner, and everything was exactly as I wanted. Eddie and Mike were great in contacting me to let me know how everything was progressing until the day I picked up the vehicle. He continues to take care of us, as the vehicle purchased required LoJack and a tire sensor to be installed. He has worked with us to help get these features installed an catered to our schedule. As it is difficult for us to find a time to drop the vehicle off, he helped us get a vehicle to temporary drive while the vehicle is being worked on. This has been a wonderful experience, and now I have a great new jeep! More
