I initially gave a bad review, but was soon contacted by Chris Gourley, the general manager. From our conversation, I gathered that the customer service at Colonial has greatly improved since my last visit & I am planning to give the dealership another chance to service my Jeep. I was mostly impressed that he took the time to call me personally after seeing my review & apologized for the past mistakes. His call has shown me that he, as the general manager, really does care about their customers & I sincerely appreciate the time he took to speak with me. More

I had a very good experience with the guys at Colonial Hudson. I came in for a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. There was one with the color I wanted on the lot, but not the options I was looking for. They were Hudson. I came in for a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. There was one with the color I wanted on the lot, but not the options I was looking for. They were not pushy and were more than happy to order me one from factory. I worked with Jerell, who is very knowledgeable about the Jeep. He was very polite and did not sound pushy at all during the negotiating process. He also took me around the back where the service guys were to have a look at their jeeps. At the end I got a reasonable deal. They were also very responsive with emails - within a day. I would certainly recommend them. More
