I initially called Colonial Dodge to talk about a lease special for the Dodge Charger and was connected with Jerell Difulvio. We spoke for several minutes and he listened to every word I said. There was no pressure and he also did not hurry me to come to dealership. Any other dealership I spoke with in the past would barely answer my questions and tell me to come to the dealership and "we will make something work for you". I was upside-down in the loan for the car I had and I was trying to fix that situation--and I wanted my car payment to be less than I was currently paying. The numbers were not going to work out for me to get the charger-but Jerell tried everything and spent a lot of time trying to make the numbers work. He did not try to convince me to pay more than I wanted-there was never any pressure. Jerell did not give up and he ended up getting me into a brand new 2013 Chrysler 300. They gave me top $$ for my trade in and I am no longer upside down with a car loan---first time in several years!! I am so grateful to Jerell and the team at Colonial for putting so much time and effort into getting me into a brand new car and a MUCH better loan. Thank you Jerell!! More
