I recently purchased a certified pre-owner vehicle from them and the salesman was great but my experience with the finance department wasn’t good. They didn’t tell me the car only had one key until I was sitting with finance and he said they would get me second key only if I purchase the extended warranty. Seemed annoyed when I didn’t want the extras. Also suggested that I get the tire warranty and pop the tires when they wore out which didn’t seem right to me. Was a weird experience with finance. Love the Jeep and everyone else I had to interact with at the dealership was great so it was a mixed bag for me. Service department was also great. More
