I rate the technicians ability to diagnose problems with my truck as unsatisfactory. Timeliness of service is poor. I should not have had to wait a day and a half to get my truck back. Especially when I was my truck as unsatisfactory. Timeliness of service is poor. I should not have had to wait a day and a half to get my truck back. Especially when I was promised the work would be completed by mid evening on the first day. I was very displeased when no one from the service dept called me to say the work wouldn’t be finished until the next day. Customers should not have to be texting and calling repeatedly in order to get work orders completed correctly and in a timely manor. I am just relieved that Sue went to bat for me to get everything done correctly in the end. More
Addendum to 10/2/2025 review - we received a sincere apology from the sales manager who offered us a home delivery the next day. Keith the salesman that sold us the car drove over 40 miles to deliver ou apology from the sales manager who offered us a home delivery the next day. Keith the salesman that sold us the car drove over 40 miles to deliver our new EV car directly to my house. This more than made up for all that we went through. The car was spotless and charged. He gave me a detailed tutorial on how to work the car and answered many questions. He was very patient, polite and professional. My husband and I both appreciated Keith and all his efforts to remedy the situation. More
DO NOT GO HERE! !!! Find another dealer! You cannot trust a word they say. Our salesman Keith and the sales manager Sylvio will make promise after promise which end u !!! Find another dealer! After five and half hours sitting at Keith's desk, him leaving and coming back we came to an agreed price and pick up date (they said it would take six days to pick up the car from another dealer in Vermont, ridiculous!) Sylvio approached us saying he made a mistake and miscalculated and would need us to pay $800 more. After getting upset and arguing about it they said they would figure it out and we wouldn't have to pay anything, what was the point of that? Here we are six days later at 3pm and they have just picked up the car from the dealer. If you won't to avoid day after day of lies, incompetence, aggravation go to any other dealer than Colonial Ford of Malboro. More
Colonial's service department is always a good experience. Went in for a RECALL and some weird software related items. Along with the recall, they updated a lot of software modules. I called for a transmission issue and they were able to accommodate my schedule for getting my car in for diagnosis. They tried some things that after the first appointment, didn’t end up fixing the issue accommodate my schedule for getting my car in for diagnosis. They tried some things that after the first appointment, didn’t end up fixing the issue so I brought it back for a follow up appointment where they tried some other things that did resolve it. I appreciated their persistence in getting my issue fixed, and everyone that I dealt with in the service department was friendly and helpful. More

Colonial Ford is very customer friendly. They listen to you, fix and repair what you ask them to offer suggestions regarding others repairs they feel you should consider, but don’t pressure They listen to you, fix and repair what you ask them to offer suggestions regarding others repairs they feel you should consider, but don’t pressure you to make the repair. They seem to always consider your safety as their number one concern. They’ve fixed items that another dealer I went to said they couldn’t find. Colonial Ford is my go to dealer. More
