Thanks to Suzanne they saved a long time client. Long story short on new vehicle I got the "No Worry" Tire Plan. Driving into my difficult work garage which happens to be under construction it was so tight I inadvertently clipped a curb resulting in side wall damage to 2 tires and rim. When brought in for coverage/repair I was told it's not covered b/c I mentioned "visible construction". Bottom line I was not happy and honestly was going to take my business elsewhere. Suzanne and one of the managers stepped up and replaced the damages tire for me. Rims are still my problem but whatever. Now I know no such thing as "worry free" tire/wheel care and ALWAYS need to get full T&Cs. FYI - Company with Tire coverage is IA American Warranty Group and honestly seem shady based on my interactions with them directly. More

I really wasn’t planning on getting tires here as I already had a popular tire company give me a quote. Well the quote I received from Colonial Ford was better! I’m enjoying my new road hugging tires as I drive a Mustang. Staff is super accommodating and I’m sticking with them! More
