Found the truck i was looking for and Colonial Ford proved to be the right dealer. Roger welcomed me at the door and proved to be very pleasant, attentive and helpful with all my questions. This place is a dump. An old building into which the owner has made no improvements. It’s old, dingy and dirty. The GM is a hot head — one of those hyper-agressive sales types who have spent too much time in the role and thinks it’s OK to scream at customers — in front of his staff, no less.
