I have bought over 10 used vehicles in my lifetime and always felt pressure to close the deal. Not this time at Colonial Ford. Salesmen Jim Hines "listened" to what I had to say. Both Jim and Colonial Ford were very welcoming from the get go! Jim's honesty went a long way and I really appreciated working with him. He let me know immediately at how many people were looking at the same car I wanted and that it'd be for takes immediately if I didn't make it in time to take a quick look at it. Through it all, the process was quite simple, and Jim made sure to explain things here and there to my best understanding; he honestly took his time to break things down for me, and for that I am very thankful and appreciate the fact that he was my salesperson. Hope to work with him soon again in the coming future! More

I've always gotten great service at Colonial Ford, many times on the service side of the shop, and most recently on the sales side. Bob helped me determine which used vehicle was best for my needs, and the times on the service side of the shop, and most recently on the sales side.
