Steve was welcoming, very knowledgeable about their cars, recommended a demo ride and clearly explained all the features I was looking for a new SUV. They put together a solid deal with a trade in and explained financing and other options in a low pressure way -- really appreciated that! Picking up the car was in and out - quick, painless and all the paperwork was done correctly. Steve followed up throughout the process including after the sale. Mark, the GM, checked in periodically. Took my ford escape to repair my hanging muffler, both side of muffler were hold by zip ties. Bought a truck there. Never 100% fixed. And what they fixed does not work. Took a month to fix a couple of simple things. Including AC which still does not work. Said repl Never 100% fixed.
