Experience was good,I just had to make two trips to the dealership because the recall part was not on site. I would think the dealership would have a few on site knowing of the recall. The woman at the cou dealership because the recall part was not on site. I would think the dealership would have a few on site knowing of the recall. The woman at the counter of the service department was great ( sorry I forgot her name.) replacing the wiring harness took less time then I thought it would. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I have to have work done I wouldn’t hesitate going back. More

The process of service was good and friendly. Brianna went above and beyond. I knew it was an electrical problem that could be tough to diagnose. It was diagnosed within 1 hour and the part insta Brianna went above and beyond. I knew it was an electrical problem that could be tough to diagnose. It was diagnosed within 1 hour and the part installed was 13.00. I was charged over 1,000 for labor and they felt bad so they gave me a 50.00 credit. It's tough to want to use a dealership for service that is out of warranty. More
