Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable (didn’t have ALL of the ans. Regarding recall from Ford but it was tricky…service was much quicker than anticipated both times I’ve brought the truck in. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment for the works package on my F150. Two hours later I ended up going to the service desk. I could see my truck was appeared to have been ready for quite some t works package on my F150. Two hours later I ended up going to the service desk. I could see my truck was appeared to have been ready for quite some time. The person who should have been communicating with me was no where to be found. A second service representative helped me check out. I didn’t appreciate having to wait two hours and probably would have waited even longer if I hadn’t acted on my own. More

I am very satisfied with the service that I received at Colonial Ford of Plymouth. Upon arrival I was introduced to Joe Oliveira who showed me some of the Ford Explorers that they had on site. After test driving two of these, I settled on a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. Love this vehicle! Joe was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional.
