Stressed to stress free! We had to go car shopping unexpectedly because we were rear ended in a car accident. Our old car got totaled. So we stopped at colonial ford and Joe McNamara happened to go by and ask us if we needed help. He was super nice, knew his product and we did not feel pressured. He was easy to reach with any questions and maintained great contact. He really made us comfortable with our purchase. Nick Healy helped us with the finance part of it. It was smooth sailing. He was patient with our questions and explained everything without overwhelming us. We also wanted to point out Dwight at the front when you walk in. He is very easy to talk to, super helpful and just topped off the great experience. Great Dealership, Vehicle and Salesman I found the vehicle I wanted with help from CarGurus. I submitted a request and was contacted by the sales team from the dealership very quickly. I went in and was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. They connected me to Art, salesman extraordinaire. He took me on a test drive, answered all my questions, set me up with their financial office and helped me make my decision. He didn’t push me and listened to my concerns while answering all my questions. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and Art continued to help me schedule services for my new vehicle, set me up with a loaner car, and made sure I knew all the features and services available for my new car.
