I immediately felt like my salesman, Jake Eldredge, had my best interest first. Once we found a vehicle that really fit the bill Jake, Dell Roderick and Greg Russell really worked to get the financial numbers I wanted. New cars are expensive but their customer service makes it worth the price. The car is loaded with every option, my monthly payments was within $20 dollars of my initial target price, and Jake, John, Dell and Greg each gave us their undivided attention throughout the process. Dishonest and non transparent I bought a 2012 F150 with 32000 mi a little less than three years ago.John was my sales guy and Dell was the sales manager at the time. They were very pushy and determined to get me to drive the truck off their lot that day.I liked the truck and it was everything I was looking for but a little pricy. I basically gave them all the money for it with one concern. Warranty. Dell stated he was going to certify the truck which would cover it from bumper to bumper till 100,000 miles.Perfect I was sold. Signed the paperwork/ verified certified used paperwork,drove the truck off the lot. I was thrilled.John directed to this website and basically told me what to write if he did not write it himself.What did I care I was thrilled. John stated that if I refer someone to him I would have 100.00 dollars coming my way if they buy a vehicle from him. I have had a lot of unacceptable problems with this vehicle in my opinion based on my time and use.The first time the service department had in for a leak shortly after I bought it it took three visits and another ford dealership to correctly diagnose the problem. It was covered.A month ago I had to replace the four wheel hubs at approx. 60,000 miles. That was covered under the original drive train warranty. This month the climate control compressor.Heat defrost,AC,etc has failed. dell the Sales manager tells me it is not covered but if I bought the ESP the truck would have covered bumper to bumper for 100,000.I tell him I did he disagrees. Two weeks ago I referred a friend to John Collas my sales guy. My friend bought a car,I called John told me that I was only gonna get 50.00 because they didn't make any money on the sale.I had to call Dell sales manager he made it right and sent me a 100.00 as promised. I work on old school values,my word and a hand shake. These people do not. Shame on me but it will never happen again.I will never buy another vehicle from Colonial Ford and neither will any of my friend and family or fellow employees that work with me at the major local hospital if I can help it. More

Easy transaction, great experience Buying a new car is one of my top 3 dreaded things to do. I was referred by a friend, as he purchased his truck from Colonial Ford. I saw the car online on Monday and I was interested. Went in on Tuesday on my lunch break, chatted quick, took the car for a spin, and left to return to work. I went back on Wednesday, at lunch, w/ a few more questions. We worked out a few details, told them the payment I wanted, and I ended buying the car and took delivery on Thursday. So it took roughly a total of two 45 minute lunch breaks and 2 hours after work to purchase a new car from Colonial Ford. By far, this was the easiest transaction I've done when it comes to buying a car. John, Dell, and Frank were all a pleasure to deal with and made the process painless. And, if you refer someone and they purchase a car, you get $100 referral bonus. Great job guys, I will refer people to the dealership and look forward to working with you in the future. THANK YOU!!
