We finally found a car that had everything I wanted (and then some) but the interior was an unusual color combination that I just could not get past. Seeing my disappointment in the interior, Jake got creative. He was able to quickly find a company to change out the tricky leather seats to the color that I wanted. He organized the entire process from start to finish and I could not be happier with the outcome. We completely changed the look and feel of the interior from seats to center console. Jake always kept me in the loop with the status of the job and what I could expect. Because of his hard work, diligence and creativity, I was able to get the exact car I wanted.
