Changes to my original review After a situation I was placed in, I felt I had to change my previous review seeing it's only right. The outcome ended up being ok, but the process of getting there took a while and lots of stress. I just hope what happened to me, doesn't have to happen to someone else. Hopefully this time around, resources should be over looked before telling a client That a car has a clean car fax when in the end it was a complete lemon. I wish I could explain in detail my horriable experience but, I'll spare them the embarrassment considering in the end, months later, they did make the situation better. Now, I can finally have a safe vehicle to drive my family around in.... and yes, I bought the SAFE car somewhere else!! More

I walked in (well I rode in on my bike) and drive out with my new car a few hours later. Greg made the financing easy to understand and even spoke with my father so we were all on the same page. John even picked up my old car from my house to trade in because it no longer runs. He dropped off my bike at the same time. Everyone was very helpful and I will conduct business in the future. More

Nothing short of fantastic. I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to bite the bullet and find something at a dealership. Transit Connects are somewhat of a rare bird I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to bite the bullet and find something at a dealership. Transit Connects are somewhat of a rare bird but luckily Colonial had one. I called to conform this and spoke with Winston, who was very helpful in setting up a time for me to come check it out. The following day, when I arrived I was helped by George. We quickly got out on a test ride. Once back, George helped get the ball rolling with paperwork, not to mention this would be my first purchase done through a loan/financing, so it was somewhat of a struggle with no previous credit. After much work and pursuing multiple financial institutions, George got me into the Transit. I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Colonial, George, Winston and Greg were all super helpful and I've been telling everyone since. More
