I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I brought my truck in for service after a check engine light came on. The dealership claimed to have fixed the issue, but less than a week attention. I brought my truck in for service after a check engine light came on. The dealership claimed to have fixed the issue, but less than a week later, the same light came right back on, for the exact same problem. Communication was absolutely terrible. My vehicle sat there for four full days with no updates, and no good explanation of what was being done. After chasing them down multiple times, I finally learned that they actually had the wrong part the entire time. To make things worse, when I asked for my truck back (since I needed to get to work the next day), the service staff got an attitude with me, as if I was the problem for wanting my own vehicle back after they wasted four days and still hadn’t fixed anything. I expected a professional, customer-focused experience from a Ford dealership, but instead I got poor communication, zero accountability, and unnecessary frustration. I will not be bringing my truck back here, and I strongly suggest anyone else think twice before trusting their vehicle with this service department. Update – Things Have Only Gotten Worse Since posting my last review, the situation has somehow gone from bad to worse. My truck has now been back to this service department two more times for the same exact issue — and the check engine light has come on a fifth time. After months of back-and-forth, I’ve had to file formal complaints with Ford Corporate and the Better Business Bureau just to get someone to take this seriously. That’s how far things have gone — because the dealership can’t seem to properly diagnose or permanently fix the problem they keep claiming is “resolved.” At this point, the pattern is clear: poor communication, questionable workmanship, and a total lack of accountability. I’ve been without my truck for days at a time, and every time I get it back, the same warning light reappears shortly after. Ford should be embarrassed to have this location representing their brand. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. More
