Was told the radio issue was fixed yet when I got in car at dealership the radio issue was worse than before. Service Rep was gone but the shop foreman (Carl) looked at it and agreed it was not fixed. Car at dealership the radio issue was worse than before. Car was at dealership for over 8 hrs 2 of which I waited at the dealership and I paid for a rental which resulted in now having to make another appointment. I called the very next day and explained the problem. They said they would call me right back _which they never did therefore I had to call once again the following day If I need another rental I definitely do not wish to pay for it this time. More

Went in for two dead batteries Batteries were three hundred dollars reasonable Labor was over 700 totally unreasonable O’Rielys would install batteries and check system for free just cost of batter hundred dollars reasonable Labor was over 700 totally unreasonable O’Rielys would install batteries and check system for free just cost of batteries Feel lots of supposed test were charged for and either not needed just to up the cost Also told I had two front lights out could be replaced for an additional 270 dollars no lights were out checked when I left Guessing service advisor gets paid commission on what he convinces you you need and the up sell is a big bonus for them Like to support local business but feel I was taken to the cleaners More

My 2015 Ford Fusion had a left rear brake line failure. The left rear brake caliper and flex line was replaced. The labor charge was $565.50 to replace $160.44 in parts. Any capable mechanic could do this in 15 minutes, but I was charged roughly for 3 hours. This is totally unacceptable and price gouging. While the car was there, I had the recall done on the front flex lines, which was done at no charge. Please respond to why I was overcharged. Thank you. More
