Not only did they tell me the part was in stock, but also that they could install it right away. Because I Purchased my truck there, they even gave me a discount on the part and labor. We called 3 other Ford dealers after our brand new Bronco had a major electronic malfunction with the accelerator. We heard 1-2 weeks minimum before they could even think about looking at it, and no one wou had a major electronic malfunction with the accelerator. We heard 1-2 weeks minimum before they could even think about looking at it, and no one would help with a garaging since the entire top was off (Cape Cod in the Summer). Oz said bring it right in and he could help with the Garaging. Tom was great on check in. By 5pm on Saturday the diagnostics were done and the part was ordered. Although they said it would be done by Thursday Tom called Tuesday and said it was done. Superb experience. Plus a luxury car experience in the waiting area to boot. One thing though; I called the manager Garret and left a message to tell him how great the team was. But he never called back. That’s the only ding. More
This review has nothing to do with Kyle. Kyle was a five out of five for the service visit. what I do wish to note is that I was highly disappointed to learn that the entire service departme Kyle was a five out of five for the service visit. what I do wish to note is that I was highly disappointed to learn that the entire service department advisor crew is new. I’ve been going there for the last nine years and I’ve built relationships trusting relationships with the advisors. nine years ago at the old location. I was happy the service department had a hometown feel. Yes it was old, but the service was awesome. Nine years later and for some reason, I am left with building new relationships with new advisors that just like to xxxxxxxx and I don’t know if I will ever be able to trust any of them again and this includes the new manager of the service department Garrett. There is clearly something wrong with leadership at the dealership If your entire service department leaves. I have been a manager for over 20 years, Yes team members come and go, but never all at once if you’re a good manager. For you to lose people like Anthony and Danielle. You clearly did not know what you had. These people built relationships with your customers they cared and I trusted them. Kyle was the first new advisor in a long time and he grew on me, but I can already tell you some of my more recent interactions with Garrett and another advisor did not go all that well and I’m not looking forward to future visits as of right now Shame on you general manager for not listening to your team and losing advisors that cared and were trusted by many.
