I called and explained to Jeff in the service department that I am pregnant and I'm not supposed to be exposed to people like sitting in the waiting room due to COVID-19, but i really wanted and needed to get my car serviced. He told me not to worry, to take care of myself and my baby. They came and picked my car up for me, serviced it, and brought it back when it was done and i just paid over the phone. I am extremely grateful! This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and I would definitely recommend using them to my friends and family in the future! More

I showed up from a long way, and it was after hours (not knowing the hours, so that is Miguel is the #1 reason why I bought my car at Colonial Honda. He immediately eliminated that stigma that dealers have with salesmen only caring about the sale and not the customer by being very personable, working with me and my family and also working with the situation which was the start of the COVID state of emergencies. Nemy was also great when we came in person to finalize the deal, but it all started and ended with Miguel. He heard my horror stories from previous dealers, worked with me to make a solid deal on a used car, and was super friendly and personable the entire time. A+++ all the way! More

Upon walking into this Honda dealership, I was greeted, treated with respect, kindness, and outstanding customer service, as well as patience from all the employees there. I was worried about being pressured into buying a car I did not want, but that is something I did not have to worry about with Nemesio. He sold me a 2017 Honda Civic EX-T with very good mileage at a very good price! I am very pleased with my new car. I reccommend this dealership to my family and friends.
