LIARS Bought my Certified Honda from Colonial Honda and in a few months the starter was grinding every once in a while. I brought it in and it did not grin Bought my Certified Honda from Colonial Honda and in a few months the starter was grinding every once in a while. I brought it in and it did not grind for them. They told me that there was nothing they could do until it did it for them and that the starter would be covered under the drive train warranty. I did not worry about it and figured I would bring it back when it got worse. Months later, it did get worse, so I brought it back again. This time, they told me I needed a new starter and it was NOT covered under the drive train warranty. I said I was not happy because they told me it would be covered. The service manager said "you being unhappy does not extend your bumper to bumper warranty". RUDE. I am selling the car and going back to a Toyota product. More

We didn't need a seven passenger any longer as the kids are growing and were delighted with the passport! it is by far the best SUV value out there! The deal was made fast and easy, I love that it didn’t take all day. They even held it while we went on vacation! The process was very long, but Desiree made it more enjoyable and expedited the car sales as fast as she could. I live in Boston, so traveling to Dartmouth was not easy and I would have had to return at a later time to pick up the car when ready, but Colonial Honda promised to deliver the car to me at my apartment in Boston, making this an even better experience. Desiree drove my car herself to my door and helped me set up my phone's bluetooth connection to the car and show me the ropes. I was so pleased with my experience with her and truly recommend if car shopping, to look for Desiree! More
