Jay Lopes immediately from the beginning treated me like a friend. It was refreshing to walk in and just immediately feel like he treated me as an "equal". His down to earth personality and the knowledge/expertise he portrayed of his job made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole entire process. I immediately felt a sense of "trust" with him which is hard to come by sometimes. My husband also stated to me that he was very pleased with the way Jay treated us and was just a genuine person all around. He went out of his way on several occasions to make sure everything went thru seamless with no interruptions. There was a minor hiccup but Jay immediately fixed the issue and went above and beyond !! These traits sometimes in the world today are hard to come by. I have already told many of my friends and relatives about the amazing experience! He was patient with us as we explored multiple car types, driving over multiple options so we could compare them side by side in person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of every model. We ultimately ended up purchasing a CR-V, and despite already having the sale, Alex went the extra mile in both having our car ready for pick-up the very next day, and then also walking us through each and every feature of the car-- setting up the XM radio, pairing my wife's cell phone, and setting up other features we otherwise wouldn't have even known about. Having people like Alex on staff makes all the difference in the world and is the reason why we continue to come back to Colonial Honda. More

STAY AWAY !!!! I found the car i wanted a slightly used 2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatch, I had called and spoke with a manager and explained to him my trade and that i I found the car i wanted a slightly used 2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatch, I had called and spoke with a manager and explained to him my trade and that i knew i was upside down on the loan but wanted a fair amount for my trade he agreed and i proceeded to the dealership, upon arrival i was greeted by an internet sales girl and introduced to my sales man John Fererria who stated he had no knowledge of my prior conversations. i had stated we can slightly agreed on a trade price and a sale price of the car and that i came for this deal that was presented to me, he than grabbed the used car manager Miguel Garcia and went to inspect my trade, after this Miguel came over with a blank sheet of paper that he had wrote numbers with a red marker (old school sales tactic that is outdated) he stated that the manager i spoke with had gone home and that this is the deal he could do, i told him i wanted the deal presented to me and he stated he could not do that, i than said well i can not buy the car then and he continued to try to explain why he was so low on the trade price (they had the exact same car as mine on the lot for sale for 3 thousand over what i wanted for the tr ade value) i told him what i was willing to take, he kept leaving looking at his computer and then coming back raising his offer by $200 dollars, after multiple times of telling him that i would not take that and we will not make a deal at his awful price he said have a good day, i in turn went over to the GM Fred Vinagre and asked why they will not be fair and he stated he did not want to sell me a car and my business would be better elsewhere. well my business did go elsewhere and it was a very happy experience and when i told them what i thought was a fair trade in number for my car they said i was pretty much right on with it (and yes i was upside down i did my homework first) colonial was trying to take advantage and i would not let that happen so they did not sell me a car that day, be careful here and do your homework More

Easy process Although I had only met Andrea for maybe 15 minutes in person, she made the process of purchasing my new vehicle so easy. Being a mom of 2 young children naturally I just don’t have the time to sit in a dealership for hours. I spoke with Andrea, let her know what I was looking to purchase, and she assured me she would get me the numbers and call me back ASAP. We spoke, I agreed with the sale, she started a credit application over the phone and had all my paperwork ready for me as I walked through the door. The whole process took maybe a half hour tops. I’m so happy with Andrea’s professionalism and working so quickly to help me get in and out. More
