Worth the ride! My overall purchase experience was good. I had done a lot of leg work, both online and in person, before winding up at Colonial. Vince was great on the phone and very helpful; he’s the main reason I drove 45 minutes instead of going to the Hyundai dealer 10 minutes from my house. Jim from service came out to talk to me about the car I was purchasing which I thought was helpful. David Castro went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car and the deal; a very hands on, pro-active manager. My rating reflects a less positive experience with the finance portion of the purchase. I will say that Dave Castro went out of his way to make sure I was happy, even talking to me after regular hours. All in all, a much different experience than other dealerships I visited.
