Not at all happy with Colonial. For over a year I complained about my car using oil. They put me on an oil consumption test which honestly I did not complete. I felt like I was being jerked around. Then I got a trade in offer from Jim Ashdale that peaked my interest. I called and left a message twice trying to get an appointment. No one returned my calls. Fed up I went down the street to the Toyota dealer and bought a new car. I will not recommend Colonial to anyone. More

excellent, professional, proactive, friendly, efficient. I went for inspection and oil change. In Michelle's first visit to car to get mileage she noticed clunking in the steering wheel. She said she thought that would be covered - and it was. She was very friendly and thorough. the mechanic went through a checklist and made recommendations which I approved. I noticed how much better the car drove as I left the dealer. Highly recommend them. I would/will go back the next time. More
