Good customer service and nice people While I recently purchased a Genesis G80, and have had a few annoying issues with it (all electronics), I had to wait 6 weeks for an "upgrade" to soft While I recently purchased a Genesis G80, and have had a few annoying issues with it (all electronics), I had to wait 6 weeks for an "upgrade" to software which then still proved to resolve none of them (and make one issue worse). The service and sales side were good about it overall, but aggravated that the issues are still there on a brand new car. More

We’ve purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership and serviced all of them here. Over the last year or so, their service department has gone completely downhill. They have tried to sell us services we do serviced all of them here. Over the last year or so, their service department has gone completely downhill. They have tried to sell us services we don’t need, have told us they’ve fixed problems when they were not fixed, and have been unable to diagnose an ongoing problem that was diagnosed and fixed in minutes by another mechanic. I also tried to price an newer Hyundai and they wouldn’t deal at all until I brought my husband in and then they started negotiating. When the price still wasn’t where we thought it should be, we went to another Hyundai dealer and they worked with us and we bought a car from there. Additionally, we were given a complimentary car wash card when we purchased our last vehicle and told that we could wash any and all of our cars there. When I brought a car of mine not purchased there, I was told they wouldn’t wash it. While not a major issue, it is just another example of their lack of customer service. We will no longer be back for any of our car needs. More
