Lied about engine replacement Came in to trade in a car and purchase one of their used cars. Salesman didn't listen at all to what we wanted from the car (CarPlay was a #1 feature) Came in to trade in a car and purchase one of their used cars. Salesman didn't listen at all to what we wanted from the car (CarPlay was a #1 feature) and showed us multiple cars that didn't fit our description at all. Failed to listen to the budget we had for the car. When we found one we could be interested in, we noticed on the test drive that it had a high number of miles (90k). The salesman then told us the car had a full engine replacement, which was subsequently backed up by his manager and the GM of the dealership, and were told to 'trust them'. We did not receive a single document showing this engine change. The GM has stopped emailing us back, indicating that it was a complete lie and they were trying to get us to buy a high mileage, no warranty car by lying about an entire engine replacement. Do not buy from here, classic sleazy dealership tactics. More

Great place to buy a car I recently contacted Colonial about replacing my 2011 Sonata with something newer. I was pretty specific about what I wanted. I had loved my 2011, whi I recently contacted Colonial about replacing my 2011 Sonata with something newer. I was pretty specific about what I wanted. I had loved my 2011, which was a limited edition, so I told the salesman, Michael Wilkinson, that I wasn’t interested in coming in to “car shop,” but wanted something comparable in a new or gently used Sonata. Michael was great! He didn’t try to talk me into something else, and looked up the details of my 2011, which I had purchased there in 2013. He found a 2020 that they had on the lot that was ideal, except for the interior and exterior colors. So he found one at another dealership that was exactly what I had asked for. Michael took the time to help me get comfortable with all of the technology, which is amazing. On Saturday I drove home in my perfect 2020 Sonata SEL Plus. It’s perfect! I would recommend Michael Wilkinson - and Colonial - to anyone interested in buying a car. More
