Had a brake warranty issue I had a warranty issue with the rear brakes on my 2017 Elantra. The parts needed to be obtained from another dealer. Slow, mistakes, lack of communication I had an appt at 9:30 and Donna quoted me an hour, hour and a half tops. I called to check at 11:30 and someone said its not in the back yet we are s I had an appt at 9:30 and Donna quoted me an hour, hour and a half tops. I called to check at 11:30 and someone said its not in the back yet we are slammed. Eventually it was done at almost 1. Stickers still on new tires. This morning, I looked at my oil sticker and it was old from my last visit. I called Donna and she said gosh they are always rushing. She claims they did do one (and I paid, but have no proof). Its just always a cluster in there, always. I wont be back. More

It is also a sign of carelessness that does not go over well when one trusts their expensive vehicles to professionals who demonstrate carelessness and lack of attention to detail. That does not cost extra! But again, JP was great! More
