Had a Great Experience! I'd give them a 10 if I could. Honestly, I was nervous coming into Colonial Hyundai as most people are when buying a car. When I first walked in I was greeted by Lou who was my sales person. I had an idea of what I wanted and explained everything to Lou. He really listened to everything and assured me that we would be able to find something for me. Lou and the rest of the finance team worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. I felt comfortable and happy walking out with my brand new car. I walked into Colonial Hyundai having a horrible week and walked out feeling like a million bucks and with a new car! More

Best 4th of July so far! It took our whole day off but the team at Colonial Hyundai was phenominal. Since January, 2019, Krista Smoot stayed in touch with us when we inquired It took our whole day off but the team at Colonial Hyundai was phenominal. Since January, 2019, Krista Smoot stayed in touch with us when we inquired about the Hyundai Palisade and answered all our questions promptly. Tammy Zegac kept us informed of promotions being run. When we showed up on July 4th after Tammy called us on July 3rd to confirm arrival/availability of the Palisades, Krista came out to greet us and passed us on to Michael Wilkinson. Michael was great, patient and treated us with dignity. He and the Finance team worked hard to make sure we got the best deal for the best available vehicle we ended up wanting. I wish we could remember the key Finance guy who worked with Michael to make our day spent end up pleasantly. After having bought two cars from there and referred two other family members there I WOULD ONLY REFER MY WORST ENEMIES THERE--IF I HAD THEM---BUT CERTAINLY NOT FAMILY OR FRIENDS.!!!! More

Great sales people, that's about it My sakes woman Melissa haas ever up being the only reason I enjoyed my visit to this dealership. The finance manager knew my situation and he knew he My sakes woman Melissa haas ever up being the only reason I enjoyed my visit to this dealership. The finance manager knew my situation and he knew he couldn't get me financed yet he still told Melissa to have me drive the hour plus to the dealership. Melissa is me at selling cars do she didn't know the sales tactic they had her use of trying to get me to buy a chapter car I didn't want. If it wasn't for her and her trying to fight to get me into what I wanted (which didn't happen) I would have left within 5 minutes after them telling me I couldn't finance what I wanted but they would be happy to sell me something cheap and used. Melissa had no idea about these typical dealer tactics to pressure you into buying something you don't want. In go back to this dealer only because of how much Melissa cares but the finance department wants to pressure you into working you don't want. They knew they couldn't sell me a car and run bag me drive over a hour to waste my time. I don't recommend this dealer except for Melissa. I could have found the same vehicle at the same price at a local dealer 8 minutes away but fell for their we can get you into whether you want tactic. Thank God melissa haas is a good sales person and isn't tainted by these tactics yet More
