Spent hours waiting to take our car home I was looking for a new car and found one at colonial. We went to test drive and crunch numbers on a Saturday. We decided we wanted the car and to exp I was looking for a new car and found one at colonial. We went to test drive and crunch numbers on a Saturday. We decided we wanted the car and to expedite the process of purchasing I completed all paperwork online however, when we went back the next day we spent almost 4 hours just sitting around waiting for our paperwork to be ready. Finance claims they were “swamped” during the day and didn’t realize we had completed required paperwork in advance.. there was no communication between the teams. We had an appointment and they simply could have communicated the need to reschedule our evening appointment regardless of previously completely paperwork or not to ensure all parties were prepared. We sat at the dealership until 9pm with a crying newborn and almost walked out without the new car. With that being said, the sales reps (Michael and brad) themselves were very pleasant and apologetic and worked hard to fit our budget and help us get into a car we liked. I am on the fence about returning but would hope for better communication and planned to avoid long hours sitting around for any customer. More

Yesterday I had an oil change and tire ro I have had my Santa Fe serviced at your facility numerous times. The people are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday I had an oil change and tire rotation preformed on my vehicle. Service was great, however I waited over 2 hours to have these 2 services performed. This is the second time this has happened. If you know it's going to take that long, it is your responsibility to inform your customer how long the wait would be. Next time, I will have a family member pick me up after I drop the car off, and return for the vehicle when you call to say the service is finished. More
