First Service on my new Tucson I left my car the day before for the early appointment. It was finished by 9:00. I was happy that my car was done on time and only needed an oil cha I left my car the day before for the early appointment. It was finished by 9:00. Terrible. Personnel is dishonest and tricky. I went to the dealer looking for a used car with a budget in mind. I saw a car and I was not sure if I completely liked it as it did not meet all my n I went to the dealer looking for a used car with a budget in mind. I saw a car and I was not sure if I completely liked it as it did not meet all my needs. The management came out and started persuading me into committing to the car. I was asked to leave some money down for they to hold the cars, saying it was refundable if I changed my mind. After thinking better, I decided, it was not a good fit, but the store manager refused to give my money back, and promised to help me find the right car. When, I came back he didn’t show me any preowned cars and when I complained about some things he showed me, as he wanted me to buy a new car, he walked away saying “ I do not deal with customers like this”. The. He left the store, sending two agents to help me. The agents were very pushy and lied about the best way to buy a car. They convinced me that leasing was the best way and refused to show me preowned cars within my budget stating that they didn’t had any good pre-own cars in a $300.00/ month max budget. later, I found out that leasing is a rip off and they took advanced of my situation. I will recommend people to go to the West Chester dealership as people there are nicer and truly try to honestly help you. I will never consider the Downingtown dealership for any future purchases. More
