Disappointed Went for a recall but found out the recall had already been taken care of last time I was there. I was really irritated by that because otherwise I wouldn't have made the trip (dealer is about 45 min away in traffic). Colonial sent me so many email reminders to get the recall done. Why did it take so long for Corporate to update their files?? Also wish my battery registered as needing to be replaced because it wouldn't start later that day and needed a jump to get home and also a jump to go back to the dealer. Was so frustrated because JP said on the phone the night before that they would take my car right away. I wound up needing a new battery and being there for 2 hrs which annoyed me even more. I still don't understand why my battery wasn't flagged for needing a new one.Probably will not go back to this place, nor do I plan on buying a Hyundai for my next car. The only thing good about the 2 appts was how nice Donna was. More

The transmission needed replacement at 65,000 mil Thank you to Donna who explained everything well to me. You made this whole process less painful. The transmission needed replacement at 65,000 miles which is under the 100,000 mile warranty. Too bad the new transmission is only under warranty for 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Kind of defeats Hyundai's 100,000 best in the industry warranty marketing message. As the original owner, I have had all my service even the oil changes on schedule at the dealership. Yet, the replacement transmission will only be good under the new warranty until 77,000 miles or 12 mos. April 2020, whichever occurs first.. Too bad. Our family has had 5 hyundai's from this dealership. I can't complain about the dealership at all or the service, which is excellent, but the corporate Hyundai policy that the replacement transmission invalidates original warranty is unfortunate. More
