Long but fullfilling For reasons that were unique to the situation there were several hurdles that at times threatened the whole transaction. The staff, at least 2 sales people, the finance manager and at least 2 other senior managers worked over several days to resolve the issues and in the end provide the vehicle at the original agreed terms. They could have given up but they did not and the end result was a win win. More

Nothing special I was surprised that first they couldn’t figure out that I bought the car from them, and second there was no acknowledgment that it was my first servi I was surprised that first they couldn’t figure out that I bought the car from them, and second there was no acknowledgment that it was my first service there and I didn’t receive the complimentary first service I was promised when I bought the car. I’ll be going to my regular mechanic moving forward. I was also obviously a hindrance to the employee who checked me in who was in the middle of his lunch. There were six employees there and not one of them said hello when I walked in nor did they ask if I needed help. In fact other than the man who checked me in and cashed me out, nobody acknowledged me the entire time I was there having vehicle serviced More

Great people, great price! We bought a Hyundai Kona though the COSTCO membership program. After receiving a great price we shook hands with that was it. Find it hard to believe. Had the car since 2013 orig. Neaver made a sound now 2 sets later grindi g still. Not happy. Service manager has no personality. Needs people skills. More
