Bought a used Mazda3i Touring form Colonial Mazda in Danbury. Like the car a lot, but the CD loading mechanism wasn't working. Eventually I settled on (fell in love with) the Mazda CX-5. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, I spoke with Jessica over the phone and through e-mail at first. She was very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. On the day or purchase Patrick walked me through the ins and outs of the vehicle, from how to use the Navigation System to the Blind Spot Monitoring function. I've had the vehicle for a few days now and could not be happier. From the initial contact to the final sale, the entire staff made sure we were satisfied.
