I came to Colonial for service on my older Nissan as another local dealership who had previously serviced the vehicle did not service it correctly (12 volt battery replacement). Laura and Alex explained another local dealership who had previously serviced the vehicle did not service it correctly (12 volt battery replacement). Laura and Alex explained the situation clearly along with timing and costs. They met the expectations and kept me informed. Upon request, they submitted the warranty claim directly to Nissan so I didn't have to pay twice for service that was previously performed elsewhere. It's nice to see good professionalism at a dealership. More

My experience at Colonial Nissan was nothing short of Phenomenal. Each Colonial individual I worked with was experienced, honest and professional. Earlier that day I had spent time in a route 1 Nissan De Phenomenal. Each Colonial individual I worked with was experienced, honest and professional. Earlier that day I had spent time in a route 1 Nissan Dealership. In comparing the two locations (more of a contrast), the first dealership staff spoke at me and shuffled me from one associate to another. The keys to my personal vehicle I was trading were held hostage. As the pressure mounted, I chose to politely leave the route 1 dealer (had to request my keys back more than once). I drove to Colonial Nissan. Immediately my sales person Rebecca “listened” and did not talk AT me. There was no hard sell push at Colonial. Instead I felt we were aligned I sensed they valued my business, wanted me to be satisfied with the purchase and become a return customer. As the result of my Phenomenal Colonial experience I leased an Altima that evening and am quite pleased with it . More
