Pretty amazing experience overall. The only suggestion I have is to proactively offer a loaner vehicle - if the repair is expected to take more than a couple of days. The one thing I really like about this dealership is that that they are very reasonable with oil change and repair costs, and their sales and service staff is super friendly and engaged in customer satisfaction. Really easy to make appts, get into service, hear what's needed with accurate estimates of what it will cost, followed by easy pick up and payment! They also let me know that the maintenance that had to be needed with accurate estimates of what it will cost, followed by easy pick up and payment! They also let me know that the maintenance that had to be done, which was not covered (the drains in front were clogged), could be done during our regularly scheduled oil changes, which will be convenient.
