I had much better service here in the past. This time I feel rushed & not helpful at all. Went in for 20k service. Asked for oil change & tire rotation but offer something else for over $400. This time I feel rushed & not helpful at all. Went in for 20k service. Asked for oil change & tire rotation but offer something else for over $400. Then told the wait is going to be 2 hours. After the service, the advisor comes to me and said I need new tires and new batteries and will cost me 1k here and $280 for the battery. That makes me very uncomfortable. At the end she didn’t even apply my coupon for the service I asked for and why would you rotate the tires if I need new tires now? Past services had much better customer service but not this time. More

It has been 4 years since I bought my car from Colonial Nissan of Medford and I"ve been going to their service department. The service department IS VERY Courteous the work is done in a timely manner. Joan Nissan of Medford and I"ve been going to their service department.
