I purchased a Subaru form Colonial a few years ago. Different sales people. Played with the price of car, was a very bad experience. He was there, professional, and had me out in no time at all. All deals should be done this way. I would go back to Reid for any future purchases from Subaru. More

You can get all the information you want about a car, and if you are not ready to buy they just give you a business card - that is the kind of salesmanship that I like. I recently worked with John Lazzari to buy a new car - he was very helpful, available when you needed him, full of useful information and even looks out for your needs. I called him and described to him what I was looking for in a car and when I got there, he had an amazing car ready for me to te at Colonial Subaru. The initial buying process was great, easiest car buying process ever. Then things got ugly. Late April 2013 we ordered a new 2013 Outback. At the time of sale, we were told we could have the car we wanted process ever. Then things got ugly. Late April 2013 we ordered a new 2013 Outback. At the time of sale, we were told we could have the car we wanted in any color except the color we wanted. Since we were firm on our color choice, we were told they would order one from the factory, it would take six weeks. No problem. Find out 4 weeks later, they NEVER ORDERED the car and now it's too late to order 2013 cars and too early to order 2014 cars. They NEVER ordered our car! They kept hoping one with our package and color would show up at another dealer! DON'T TELL ME YOU ARE ORDERING THE CAR IF YOU AREN'T!!! More
