We first consider to go with another sedan, then made the decision to go with an SUV mainly for the Winter seasons and where we live. Over the past few weeks, we visited several VW dealers nearby, to name a few, Gervais in Lowell, Minuteman in Bedford, Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers and Colonial Volkswagen in Medford. We've looked at an SUV at Kelly Volkswagen which was not exactly the MSRP we were looking for but close to it. During our first trip to Colonial, we worked with Justin Pizzi who make sure in the end that we get the exact car we were looking for. With Justin determination to get us a car, we were able to work out with the exact car we were looking for and a good deal as well. As I returned to the dealership for my second car purchase in 6 months with a limping old volvo wagon that needed more repairs than it was worth, Paul As I returned to the dealership for my second car purchase in 6 months with a limping old volvo wagon that needed more repairs than it was worth, Paul was very helpful throughout the day in organizing a test drive showing off the Golf Alltrack's features, allowing me to take it on a short trip to show my wife at work, and advocating on my behalf for a more competitive price. VW Medford and their staff again helped us find the right car for our situation, got it ready in a timely fashion, and even fixed a few minor things noted when returning to complete the inspection and registration after purchase. Very pleasant atmosphere and promptly took care of any issues that came up. We are happy being a double Golf variant family and will return for further VW needs. Keep the wagons alive! More
