Paul Lazzaro - Absolute Best! Beautiful, yet simple showroom. Easy to look at all vehicles. Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond our expectations. Randomly went into this location to Beautiful, yet simple showroom. Easy to look at all vehicles. Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond our expectations. Randomly went into this location to take a second look at the VW Atlas and he was so gracious and helpful, even though the showroon was due to close that day 30 minutes after our arrival. He worked hard for the next 2 months to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted, then took a step further to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, down to the license plate! I feel incredibly lucky it was Paul to help us that day!! More

Made appointment for recall work... and was told that the work would take all day, but no loaners were available. Transferred to someone else who said that the work could be done in 3-4 and was told that the work would take all day, but no loaners were available. Transferred to someone else who said that the work could be done in 3-4 hours, and I could wait. So, scheduled the appointment to have the recall work done. Got there early and waited for 40 minutes before they told me that whoever scheduled my appointment didn't check if they had the parts. They didn't have the parts, so they couldn't do the work. Total waste of time. More
