Caduste and Stephanie I will be a brief as possible. December 8th I was struck by a drunk driver out of state. Since then my insurance rental expired the UN-named insurance I will be a brief as possible. December 8th I was struck by a drunk driver out of state. Since then my insurance rental expired the UN-named insurance company paid the check to my lien holder on the very last day. Baring in mind I was not at fault. After shopping around and being told sorry dude! I I ended up at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford, Ma. I explained how I just got out of grad school. I was struck by a drunk driver and I was smack in the middle of working on my credit. I met with Caduste and laid it all out on the line honestly, and he worked with me. I told him I needed to protect what was left of my credit score, and he honored that and didn't blow the deal by trying to push me for some sort of pre-credit check crap. I was then introduced to Stephanie in finance by Caduste, she also worked hard to help me in my time of need. Obviously they are a car dealership and their job is to sell vehicles. The help they both gave me when I needed it was priceless to me. Stephanie gave me some critical information which I hope will empower me to get a better hold of my credit score for the future. Awesome service! More
