Thank you for your feedback but we feel that your review is slightly misleading and leaves out a lot of details about your service visit. We do our best to help every customer in a timely and professional manor. Our service department gets very busy in the mornings and that is why we recommend that you schedule an appointment to have your service done here. That can be done on our website or by calling in and booking it over the phone. In this case you did make an appointment but missed it and did not actually come until the following day. You arrived unannounced at 9am, which is the busiest time of day for our service department, and asked repeatedly that our service advisor help and try and squeeze your car in. Frank went above and beyond in advising you on what was wrong with your vehicle and even advised you on what is necessary now and what can wait in an effort to save you some money. Not only did he get your car in as fast as possible but he even went as far as to give you a significant discount on the work that you chose to have performed. We value our customers very much and we want every visit here to be fast and easy because we know that time is a a very valuable commodity. I am sorry that you feel that we did not do enough to make you feel that our service was 5 star. But, with that said, I think that you are being a little unfair in giving our dealership a 1 star review. We did everything in our power for you without having to making another customer that did have an appointment that day wait longer because you showed up unannounced. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss this further because if I am misinformed in this situation then I would love the opportunity to make it right. Thank you.
